To provide individuals with a safe, clean, and professional environment to help prevent injury, while encouraging, enhancing, and supporting one’s overall fitness.
Our facilities and staff feature expertise in care, experience, and the top-of-the-line workout equipment. Our gym is equipped with treadmills, stationary bikes, fitness balls, bands, weights, and even a sauna. Our unique gym is located at our Gwinner, ND location.
We provide physical and occupational therapy along with state of the art fitness equipment. Inside you will find several Precor and LifeFitness Treadmills, ellipticals and bikes, free weights up to 100 pounds, pin and cable resistance machines, Smith Machine, Olympic Squat Rack, battle rope, and punching bag. In addition, we offer a sauna, locker rooms with private showers, and towel service.
We have a professional staff and a stress-free, positive, and friendly environment conducive to your healthy well being.
